DEPOSIT FEE & PAYMENT

LUXE DE BEAUTE Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment with LUXE DE BEAUTE, please carefully review and follow our booking terms:

๐Ÿ”’ Deposit Requirement

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required immediately after booking to secure your appointment.

  • All deposits must be sent via Zelle to: Luxedebeauteinfo@gmail.com

  • Include your Full Name, Appointment Date, and Appointment Time in the memo.

  • Appointments are only held for 15 minutes after booking. If the deposit is not received within this window, the appointment will be automatically released.

  • Appointments without a deposit will be automatically canceled.

๐Ÿ’ณ Remaining Balance

  • The remaining 50% balance is due in CASH ONLY at the time of your appointment.

โŒ Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance (including cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows).

  • All appointments are final. We do not allow rescheduling under any circumstances. Please book responsibly and plan accordingly.

  • Your deposit can not be transferred

By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the forfeiture of your appointment and/or deposit.

The remaining 50% balance will be due at the time of your appointment and must be paid in cash only. We only accept cash payment only.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

Any cancellations made for any reason will not be refunded. Same day cancellations or No show will be charged for the price of the full service. Please understand that we are very busy and weโ€™ve set aside time for your appointment. Without proper notice, we won't be able to accommodate a replacement for your scheduled slot.

LATE POLICY

Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refund will be given if the client is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment. We take multiple clients daily and require the full allotted time for each appointment. You may reschedule, but a new deposit will be required. No Call No Show will no longer be able to book and will be charged for the price of the full service.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Hair must be at least 4 inches all around your head for all hairstyles.

No blunt cuts, recently trimmed ends, or pixie cuts are allowed.

Arrive with your hair washed and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome.

Hair must be free of any oils & conditioner.

No Synthetic Hair for wigs/weaves

For weaves, you must drop your hair off 2 days in advance of your appointment.

Drop off times are between Tues-Fri 10AM - 4PM
